Our collection is currently available to browse; orders are not yet open. This policy applies to purchases when checkout opens.
30-day returns
To request a change-of-mind return, email contact@isol-home.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the items you wish to return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide instructions.
Return costs
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping cost. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable. No restocking fee applies.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us resolve the issue. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items. The change-of-mind conditions do not limit your legal rights for faulty goods.

Refund timing
For standard returns, we inspect the returned item and issue the approved refund to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt. If a shorter period is required by applicable law, that period applies. Your bank may need additional time to post the credit. We will contact you if a return does not meet the stated conditions.
Cancellations and delays
To request cancellation before dispatch, email us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, the return process applies. If we cannot fulfil an order or you cancel because of a shipping delay before dispatch, we will issue a prompt full refund.
