Our collection is being prepared and checkout is not yet open. The following policy will apply when orders open.

Delivery area and rates
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Standard shipping is USD 6.90, with free standard shipping on merchandise orders of USD 100 or more after discounts and before tax.

Processing and transit
Order preparation takes 1–3 business days. Estimated transit is a further 5–8 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice to accept a revised timeframe or cancel for a prompt full refund.

30-day returns
Contact contact@isol-home.com within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Include your order number and the items you wish to return. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in their original packaging; you pay the return shipping cost. Please contact us before sending a parcel so we can provide return instructions.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us resolve the problem. ISOL HOME covers return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items and will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds
For eligible standard returns, we issue refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. For damaged, defective or incorrect items returned for a refund, we refund the applicable purchase price and shipping charges. Your bank may require additional time to display the credit. Any shorter refund period required by applicable law takes precedence.
